Berikut ini adalah cara membuka atau memblokir sebuah Website pada suatu PC atau Laptop.
Caranya :
1. Klik start -> Run
2. Lalu ketik : notepad \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
3. Akan muncul tulisan berbahasa inggris seperti dibawah ini,

4. Nah, baru dibagian bawah itu yang kita edit/ubah.. Waktu situs website FB di komputer saya diblokir, muncul :
127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com . Supaya web tersebut bisa kita akses lagi, tinggal dihapus aja tulisan tersebut, dan hasilnya...

5. Setelah itu baru kita bisa membuka FB kembali.
6. Untuk memblokir situs juga lakukan hal yang sama, hanya tinggal tambahkan : 127.0.0.1
